Experience
I attended the University of New Hampshire, where I acquired my degree in French. Upon graduating from the University of New Hampshire, I had the privilege to go to the Universite de Bourgogne in France. At the Universite de Bourgogne, I studied literature and focused on translation. Attending a university in France only furthered my knowledge of the French language and increased my passion for it. The experience was invaluable and helped me perfect my French linguistics. I lived in France for quite some time where I was employed by the French Ministry of Education. While in this position, I taught the English language to French students. From there, I moved back to the States. Eventually, I ended up back in New Hampshire, where I began professionally instructing the French and German language to students. As for my tutoring philosophy, I believe in an individualized approach. Each student has a different goal, different skills, and different hardships. It is my responsibility to determine which way to go about helping my students succeed in their courses. When I am not working with my students, I can be found writing. I also have a love for outdoor sports. Both biking and surfing the waves are passions of mine.
